Every strong brand is anchored to where it came from. VIO began with two brothers, one location, and a conviction that high-quality aesthetic care could feel personal and accessible at the same time. That conviction is still the whole point.

From one location to a national standard.

VIO Med Spa was founded in 2017 by brothers Joe and Nick Stanoszek in Strongsville, Ohio. The franchising model launched in late 2018, and the network scaled into one of the largest med spa franchises in the country, without losing the thing that started it.

2017

The first VIO opens

Joe and Nick Stanoszek open the first VIO Med Spa in Strongsville, Ohio, built on the belief that everyone deserves to look and feel their best, with care that is safe, easy, and results-driven.

2018

The model goes to franchise

In late 2018, VIO launches its franchising strategy, turning a single proven location into a repeatable system other owners could bring to their own communities.

Today

65+ locations, 20 states, one standard

VIO is now one of the largest med spa networks in the country. The growth target is ambitious, but the measure of success hasn't changed: does a client in any market get the same care they'd get at the first location?

VIO means Value in Ourselves.

Pronounced "V.O."

The name is a thesis, not just a word. It says the work is about the person in the chair, their sense of themselves and their confidence, not a procedure on a menu. That idea is exactly what the brand voice protects today.

"Value in Ourselves" is why the modern brand leads with restoration, not transformation. A client isn't chasing a new self; they're investing in the one they already value. Every brand decision, from the provider-led model to the plain language to the relationship a front desk remembers, is downstream of that single idea.
